Welcome to the Shreveport Area Radio Kontrol Society (SHARKS) Homepage. We are a group of people dedicated to the hobby of Model aircraft. Our air field is located at the North Ridge Airpark, 6865 Hwy 71 North, Shreveport, LA 71107.

Driving driections to our field:
From Texarkana: Take US-71 South – go 58.7 mi. Arrive at North Ridge AirPark. East Side of US-71. Home of the S.H.A.R.K.S.

From East Texas: Take I-20 EAST. Take the Exit 11 exit – go 0.1-mi., Exit 11 becomes ramp – go 0.9 mi. Merge on I-220 EAST – go 7.2 mi. Take the Exit 7B exit – go 0.1 mi., Exit 7B becomes ramp – go 0.3 mi. Continue on N. MARKET ST. – go 2.1 mi. Take US-71 North exit to Texarkana – go 5.8 mi. Arrive at North Ridge Air Park. East Side of US-71. Home of the S.H.A.R.K.S.

From South Louisiana: Take I-49 NORTH. Take the I-20 EAST exit – go 1.1 mi. Take the Exit 18B exit – go 0.1 mi., Exit 18B becomes ramp – go 0.7 mi. Bear LEFT on SPRING ST. – go 0.8 mi.
